Most Amazing Female Knockouts in MMA History

Amanda Nunes Vs Julia Budd

At one point in time Brazil’s Amanda Nunes looked like she could follow in the footsteps of Cris ‘Cyborg’ Santos as one of the nastiest strikers in women’s MMA during a six fight winning streak with each victory coming by either KO or TKO.

The final victory in that series came in the Strikeforce cage against Julia Budd in 2011. Just seconds into the fight Nunes was already wading in with a barrage of strikes and connected with a hard left hand that toppled Budd to the mat. She then bounced her head like a basketball against the canvas with repeated hammerfists to render her opponent unconscious.

Nunes now fights in the UFC and won her debut by first round TKO at UFC 163.
