Bellator 181 Results

Bellator 181 took place last night in Oklahoma and we’ve got all the results for you below.

In the main event of the evening, Derek Campos emerged victorious in his trilogy fight with Brandon Girtz in a highly entertaining battle.

Campos was the more aggressive of the two in the opening round, but Girtz was happy to return fire and so it wasn’t long before both men started to get bloody, with Girtz in particular having developed a nasty cut on his his forehead by the end of the round.

In the second round Girtz managed to rock Campos, but he continued battling on regardless and at the end of the round the doctor took another look at Girtz’s cut and decided he couldn’t continue, resulting in Campos being declared the winner by TKO.

In the co-main event John Salter got the better of Kendall Grove after taking him to the ground late in the first round and then sinking in a rear-naked choke that put him to sleep.

Earlier in the evening, both Emily Ducote and Joe Warren emerged victorious via unanimous decision in their respective main card bouts against Jessica Middleton and Steve Garcia.

Warren found the going relatively easy against Garcia, outwrestling him to a clean sweep on the cards, while Ducote had to work harder for her win against the plucky late-replacement Middleton.
