Bellator 184 Results

Bellator 184 took place last night and you can see all the results below.

In the main event of the evening, Darrion Caldwell was crowned Bellator’s new bantamweight champion after emerging with a unanimous decision victory against Eduardo Dantas.

Caldwell landed a powerful suplex in the opening round and continued to use his wrestling and clinch work throughout the fight to stifle Dantas, while on the feet his best moment came when he momentarily dropped the champion in the second with an elbow strike.

In the co-main event, Emanuel Sanchez found himself bloodied up in the early action with Daniel Straus, but it wasn’t long before he was getting the edge in the grappling department and that would eventually lead to him seizing an opportunity to lock in a triangle choke as his opponent rolled on top in the third round, leading to the submisison finish.
