Bellator 190 took place last night in Italy and we’ve got all the results for you below.

The main event match-up was over quickly as Rafael Carvalho successfully defended his middleweight title against the hometown hero Alessio Sakara with a 40 second knockout in the first round, initially hurting him with a right hand and then following up with punches against the cage until the challenger slumped to the mat unconscious.

Meanwhile, in the co-main event Brandon Girtz also made short work of his opponent Luka Jelcic, flooring him with punches early in the first round of the fight and then landing a couple of ground and pound strikes to complete his KO victory at the 1.57min mark.

By way of contrast, Alejandra Lara had to wait until the final minute of her fight with Lena Ovchynnikova to seize upon a fight-ending rear-naked choke submission, while Carlos Miranda produced a comfortable uananimous decision victory over Mihail Nica in the evening’s other main card offering.
