Bellator 227 and Bellator Dublin took place last night and we’ve got all the results for you below.
The earlier Dublin card was headlined by Ireland’s own James Gallagher and he made short work of short-notice replacement Roman Salazar, catching him in a guillotine choke as he shot in for a takedown, leading to a swift tapout just 35 seconds into the fight.
Also on that portion of the show Michael ‘Venom’ Page earned a spectacular flying knee knockout midway through the first round against Richard Keily.
Later on the main event of Bellator 227 saw Ben Henderson earn a unanimous decision victory (30-27 x3) over the debuting Myles Jury.
It wasn’t a very eventful fight though, with Henderson himself acknowledging that it was somewhat of a “dud,” though his higher work rate helped him earn the victory.
