Montreal, Quebec, Canada will play host to UFC 124 On December 11th as the nations favorite son GSP returns to action in the last major UFC event of 2010.

Following on from their stint as coaches on The Ultimate Fighter 12, Georges St.Pierre and Josh Koscheck will meet for a second time in the octagon with GSP looking to add to a seven fight winning streak that began with a win over Koscheck back in April of 2007.

For his part Koscheck has gone 6-2 during the same period, and after trash-talking his way through TUF 12 he’ll be aiming to back up his words and show the improvements he’s made to his game in the past three years.

Another of the welterweight divisions top talents Thiago Alves also features at UFC 124 and will be looking to end the year on a high note against John Howard who’s put together a solid 4-1 record since joining the UFC in January of last year.

Meanwhile an intriguing lightweight clash sees Jim Miller aiming to strengthen his chances of a title shot with a sixth consecutive win against the division’s newest rising star Charles Oliveira who’s already pieced together two wins in two months since joining the UFC in August, and now has the chance to claim the biggest win of his career to date.

A Charismatic new addition to the heavyweight ranks, 6ft 7′ Sean McCorkle gets his taste of main card action after defeating Mark Hunt at UFC 119, this time facing 6ft 11′ Stefan ‘The Skyscraper’ Struve who’s compiled a 4-2 record in the UFC so far.

Finally two former TUF competitors Mac Danzig and Joe ‘Daddy’ Stevenson will square off with both men in need of a win after patchy form in recent times.

  1. Except for the main event, GSP easily; garbage fight card. Not worth the cash. They shouldve put Okami vs Marquardt on the card.

  2. Okami Vs Marquardt on UFC 124 would have killed UFC 122’s card though, and it’s already suffering worse than this one in terms of star power.

  3. GSP is going to distroy that big mouthed air head dummy Koscheck.Guys like Koscheck dont belong in the UFC he belongs in the WWE with the rest of those circus act dumbass.Watching him on that reality Ultimate fighter made me want to throw up,I think he is Rick Flair,s son.

  4. gsp is the man…he”s gonna dominate this fight…i hope he doesn’t get screwed out of a win like Machida did a couple weekends ago…..GO GSP!!!
