UFC 196 Fight Card

Conor McGregor

UFC 196 goes down this coming Saturday night (March 5th) in Las Vegas and we’ve got the full fight for you below.

In the blockbuster main event of the evening featherweight champion Conor McGregor will leap up two weight classes to fight late replacement Nate Diaz at 170lbs. There’s no title on the line as there would have been if McGregor was still fighting lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos as had originally been planned, but it should be a hugely entertaining scrap nonetheless.

While it’s been overshadowed by the main event, let’s not forget that Holly Holm will also be looking to make her first woman’s bantamweight title defense against Miesha Tate in a strong co-main event offering.

Coming off two KO wins in a row, Ilir Latifi will now go up against Gian Villante who knocked out Anthony Perosh last time out.

Former TUF winner Corey Anderson and Tom Lawlor both have two-fight unbeaten runs to protect when they fight, while opening up the main card will be a fun female 135lb battle between Amanda Nunes and Valentina Shevchenko.
