This Saturday night, November 12th 2011 could mark the biggest night in the UFC’s history as they make their network television debut on FOX with a one hour live show that will feature the two best heavyweight’s in the world battling it out for the title.

Those two men are of course current champion Cain Velasquez and No.1 contender Junior Dos Santos, and they will surely be feeling the pressure knowing that they will effectively be introducing millions of new potential fans to the sport during their five round encounter.

Luckily both are young, highly talented, well rounded fighters who deserve to be showcased on such an historic night for the sport. Velasquez will be defending a perfect 9-0 record when he steps into the Octagon on Saturday night, while Dos Santos has a flawless 7-0 UFC record, 13-1 for his career overall.

Given the magnititude of the title fight FOX have opted to only air it and nothing else during the live broadcast which is a shame as the co-main event between Clay Guida and Ben Henderson could be a cracker as these are two of the most energetic, entertaining lightweights in the division and the winner could be en-route to a title shot.
