The UFC are set to visit Sweden for the first time in April for UFC On Fuel TV 2, and it just so happens that they’ve got a homegrown hero that they can place in the main event.

Sweden’s own Alexander Gustafsson has been on a great run of form in the 205lb division lately, putting together four wins in a row to extend his pro record to 13-1, and that’s enough to guarantee him the headline spot at the Stockholm show against Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.

This will be the Brazilian veteran’s first fight in Europe and comes after he put an end to a two fight losing streak with a first round destruction of Tito Ortiz at UFC 140 in December.

European events generally have aired via tape-delay in the US on Spike TV in the past, but thanks to the UFC’s new deal with FOX this one should air live in the afternoon on Fuel.
