Bellator 110 Results

Bellator’s 10th season premiere went according to plan last night as major stars Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson and Muhammed ‘King Mo’ Lawal successfully progressed to the final of the four-man light-heavyweight tournament final.

‘Rampage’ won his semi-final in decisive fashion, cuffing former champ M’Pumbu to the ground with a left hook late in the first round and then uncorking some heavy ground and pound blows that left his opponent’s eyes rolling back in his head.

‘King Mo’ was far less impressive in his win over Mikhail Zayats which suffered from a lack of action and engagement over the course of 15 minutes, but nonetheless, the former Strikeforce champion did enough to earn a clean sweep on the scorecards.

So, ‘Rampage’ Vs ‘King Mo’ is now set up as the 205lb tournament final and the two men had a brief verbal altercation in the cage after their fights.

Elsewhere, former UFC fighter Diego Nunes slumped to his second defeat in a row in the Bellator cage with a split decision loss to Matt Bissette who progresses to the featherweight semi-finals where he’ll be joined by Desmond Green, Will Martinez and Daniel Weichel who were also victorious on the night.
