Friday night’s Bellator 112 event drew an average of 699,000 viewers on Spike TV.
That’s up 46,000 viewers from the previous week’s show, placing it second out of the three live events so far this season.
The show was headlined by a featherweight title rematch between Pat Curran and Daniel Straus which proved to be an entertaining affair and produced a peak of 1.03 million viewers.
Solid stuff, particularly as the rest of the fight card had taken a late hit when notable fighters like Joe Riggs and ‘War Machine’ dropped out of the opening round of their latest welterweight tournament at short notice.
Ideally, over the course of this season Bellator will be hoping to maintain a peak rating above a million viewers as often as possible while attempting to push more shows average numbers into the 700-800,000 viewer range in order to show growth compared to the previous season last year.
Bellator Season 10 Ratings:
Bellator 110: 880,000 Viewers
Bellator 111: 653,000
Bellator 112: 699,000
