Bellator 119 TV Ratings

Bellator 119 drew an average of 511,000 viewers on Spike TV this past Friday night.

That’s down 190,000 viewers from the previous week’s event and marks the event out as the second lowest of the tenth season so far, while the peak ratings was 666,000 viewers which is a new low for the season.

The event had been weakened by last minute injuries which lead to the cancelation of some key fights, including a middleweight tournament finale between Brett Cooper and Brandon Halsey which had been scheduled to serve as the main event.

Overall it’s a disappointing way to lead in to this weekend’s Bellator 120 pay-per-view event, a show that’s had similar injury woes with headliner Eddie Alvarez having to pull out of the main event due to a concussion.
