Paul Bradley emerged with a unanimous decision victory against Josh Neer in the main event of Bellator 129 last night.
It was an uneventful fight with Bradley simply using repeated takedowns and top control over the course of 15 minutes to control the action and earn a clean sweep on the scorecards (30-27 x3).
MMA veteran Houston Alexander came close to winning his second fight in a row in the Bellator cage, but would eventually have to settle for a majority draw with Virgil Zwicker.
Alexander had the better of the action on the feet and on the mat, but an accidental headbutt in the opening round and another in the third resulted in him being deducted a point that would cost him the win.
Earlier in the evening Andre Santos earned a clean sweep on the judges scorecards against James Terry, while Joe Vedepo claimed the only stoppage win on the main card with a TKO mid-way through the final round against Davin Clark.
