In the main event Patricio Freire successfully defended his featherweight title against Daniel Straus despite coming off second best in the striking battle.

In a fight that suffered from several illegal blows, Freire finally overcame Straus deep into the fourth round as he took his back and sunk in a rear-naked choke.

In the co-main event Georgi Karakhanyan took just 1.49mins of fighting to stop wrestling stand-out Bubba Jenkins, rendering him unconscious after jumping into a guillotine choke off a takedown attempt.

Rounding off the main card Virgil Zwicker scraped together an split decision win against Houston Alexander in their rematch while Fernando Gonzalez outstruck Marius Zaromskis to a clean sweep on the judges scorecards.
