Bellator 137 Results

Bellator 137 took place last night in California and we’ve got all the results for you below.

The main event of the evening was originally scheduled to be a middleweight title fight, but Brandon Halsey was stripped of his belt on Friday after failing to make weight.

That didn’t throw Halsey off his game though as he still managed to comfortably defeat former TUF winner Kendall Grove via TKO in the fourth round after controlling the entire fight with takedowns and a mix of ground and pound and submission attempts.

In the co-main event Eduardo Dantas emerged with a unanimous decision (29-28 x3) win over Mike Richman with a gameplan focused on takedowns and spells of control on top.

Earlier, Fernando Gonzalez was able to catch Curtis Millender in a fight-ending guillotine choke at the second attempt early in the third round, while Darrion Caldwell ground out an uneventful unanimous decision (29-28 x3) win over Rafael Silva.
