Bellator 63: Quick Results

Welterweight action was on the agenda last night at Bellator 63 as eight fighters competed to establish who would make it into the semi-finals of the season 6 tournament.

Karl Amoussou claimed it spot in the last four with a quick win over Chris Lozano, hurting him with a head kick early, and then reversing a takedown from Lozano to end up in mount and eventually taking his back and sinking in the rear-naked choke.

Former UFC fighter Ben Saunders also made it to the semi-finals with a dominant decision win over Raul Amaya, while David Rickels took out Jordan Smith in just 22 seconds of the first round by TKO after swarming him with punches, and Bryan Baker eeked out a close split decision victory over Alexandre Pereira.
