Bellator 87: Quick Results

Last night’s Bellator 87 event hosted four lightweight tournament quarter-finals on the main card.

David Rickels progressed to the semi-finals with a decision win over Lloyd Woodward where he’ll now meet Alexander Sarnavskiy who submitted Thiago Michel with a second round rear-naked choke.

Saad Awad was brought in as an extremely late replacement this week when Patricky ‘Pitbull’ Freire pulled out injured and he made the most of the opportunity, TKO’ing Guillaum DeLorenzi in just 31 seconds.
