Bobby Lashley got a quick win under his belt last night in the main event of Shark Fights 21.

Lashley was fighting Karl Knothe who had stepped in as a late replacement and found himself tapping to an Americana submission applied by the former pro-wrestler just 3.33mins into the contest.

After the fight Lashley, who’s win earned him the Shark Fights heavyweight title, credited Strikeforce fighter Josh Barnett, who’s also dabbled in pro-wrestling in the Japanese market, for taking him under his wing and training him in preparation for this fight.
