Chael Sonnen Makes Light Of Travis Browne’s Title Hopes On ESPN

Chael Sonnen was once again a co-host on Friday’s edition of ESPN’s MMA Live show, and the outspoken middleweight fighter couldn’t help add a little mischeviousness to the proceedings.

During the ‘Buy Or Sell’ segment of the show, the host Jon Anik asked Sonnen if he believed heavyweight contender Travis Browne had a chance of challenging for the title in the future.

“Could you imagine?” Sonnen said with a chuckle while gazing absent-mindedly at his fingernails. “…Are we live? No. What title? UFC title? No! Sell!”

Browne is current 3-0-1 in the UFC and 12-0-1 in his professional career over all, but certainly didn’t look like title material during a lackluster win against Rob Broughton last weekend at UFC Fight Night 25.
