Kendall Grove has put out a stomach churning video blog of the damage caused by a staph infection that forced him to check into hospital at the beginning of the month.

According to his latest twitter post after over a week later he’s now on the mend and getting ready to begin training again.

Luckily Grove is not currently scheduled to fight again in the near future. Last month he defeated Goran Reljic via split decision at UFC 116, taking the former TUF winner’s pro-record to 12-7 (1NC).
