Dana White has made no secret that he’s a big boxing fan, and tonight he’s in his element with not only UFC 122 event going down in Germany, but also two major boxing bouts on tap as David Haye takes on Audley Harrison and Manny Pacquiao fights Antonio Margarito.

Haye actually sat alongside White cageside at UFC 120 in the UK last month and tonight White revealed that he would be cheering on the WBA heavyweight champion while UFC 122 was in progress.

“@mrdavidhaye whoop some ass tonight bro!!!! I have a monitor set up at my fight to watch yours,” White tweeted prior to the event.

The fight then played out while Marquardt Vs Okami was getting underway in Germany.

“Congrats @mrdavidhaye!!!” White wrote after Haye TKO’d Harrison within three rounds in the battle of the Brits in Manchester, England.

White will now be staying up late to watch the other major boxing showdown of the evening.

“I have a tv set up at the octagon then I have the feed for the pacman fight! Great night 4 fight fans!” he told one fan on Twitter.

White’s blossoming friendship with David Haye is noteworthy as the UK star has noted several times in the past that he may be interested in fighting in the UFC after his boxing career comes to an end.

With his dad having been a Karate instructor and Haye already having spent some time training in BJJ he could have the potential to be a major crossover star from the world of boxing if he does make the jump.

According to Haye recently he’ll retire from boxing by the end of next year.  After his win tonight he said he’ll now be going after the Klitscho’s in 2011.
