As we reported earlier today one of the unexpected storylines emerging from last night’s UFC 114 press conference was that Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson claimed that the makers of the ‘A-Team’ movie he stars in had threatening to sue him.

“Fox kind of threatened to sue me if I lost cause they didn’t know I was fighting,” Jackson revealed.

Moments afterwards UFC president Dana White was seen quietly talking him as the press conference continued, with Rampage listening intently. Though White didn’t reveal what he said to the fighter it seemed apparent that he was advising him to be careful what he said.

Later on in a smaller media gathering after the press conference filmed by the, White referenced what Rampage had been saying.

“I told him afterwards, you don’t need that,  why do that?  Why get into this beef with these guys, you know?  He gets mad at me and goes out there talking smack about me, but I’m used to it.  I’m not going to be like these guys in Hollywood.”

“I just don’t want to see him going out and getting into sh*t with those guys and getting into lawsuits and all kinds of bullsh*t that can happen, it’s just not worth it,” he says.

White’s comments can be seen at the end of the video interview posted below.
