UFC lightweight star Donald Cerrone is currently on an impressive 3-0 run since joining the UFC and a win over Nate Diaz tomorrow night could leave him within touching distance of title contention, yet ‘Cowboy’ isn’t satisfied with his lot.

In fact the former WEC star revealed this week that along with his UFC title ambitions he also has plans to start competing in Pro Bull-Riding.

Needless to say when UFC president Dana White was informed that the fighter was interested in being involved with one of the most dangerous sports in the world he was less than pleased.

“I’d be pretty pissed if Cerrone went out and was bull riding,” White stated in an interview with MMAJunkie. “Maybe he does. Maybe he bull rides every weekend at his house. I don’t know. But I certainly hope not.”

In actual fact Cerrone does have his own ranch in New Mexico so it’s not just a pie-in-the-sky dream that he has no intention of turning into a reality, but rest assured White is having none of it.

“Hell no…hell no!” White says when asked if he’d grant Cerrone permission to pursue his interest further.

“The thing is the guy has a really good career here. He’s done some great things. He’s worked his way up. If he beats Nate Diaz, it would just be so stupid and counterproductive to be bull riding.”
