Yesterday UFC president Dana White held a Q&A with fans in Toronto, Canada to help promote the forthcoming UFC 129: GSP Vs Shields mega-event which is set for April 30th, but fans couldn’t help but ask him some questions about rival promotion Strikeforce as well.

On the best pound-for-pound fighter outside of the UFC:

“I would probably say Nick Diaz. Nick is nasty, Nick is a tough kid and probably should be in the UFC, but he’s just too crazy, man. He does some crazy stuff.”

On Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem potentially signing for the UFC:

“We’ll see what happens. Listen, I like Alistair Overeem. Personally, I like the guy, so I hate to even give my opinion on him. First of all the guy has not done anything…he’s winning K-1 fights. I respect this guy, I respect him, and listen, if I could get him in the UFC, I always want the best guys – I would do it. We’ll see what happens.”

On Fedor Emelianenko’s fight with Antonio Silva on Saturday night:

“Fedor should win, and win easily.”
