Don’t Forget – Bellator: Fight Master Airs Tonight On Spike TV

Bellator take center-stage this evening on Spike TV with the first in their summer series of live events which will be followed by the premiere of their new reality show ‘Fight Master’.

As you probably know by now, the ‘Fight Master’ show is Bellator’s answer to ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ featuring four coaches – Randy Couture, Frank Shamrock, Greg Jackson and Joe Warren who’ll oversee 32 fighters hoping to earn themselves a spot on one of the promotion’s forthcoming tournaments.

It’s a smart move by Spike to put the show on after a live event – that’s what they used to do back in the UFC / TUF days and should ensure that the opening episode gets off to a good start ratings wise.

How good remains to be seen though, and more important will be whether the show hooks enough of those viewers to ensure it maintains a respectable audience in the weeks to come.
