Welterweight champion Georges St.Pierre has posted up a new video giving a brief update on his training situation as he continues his rehabilitation following surgery for a torn ACL.

“I’m back in Montreal for the weekend,” St.Pierre says. “I just started training gymnastics again. I’m very limited in what I can do, but I had a great workout.”

GSP also confirmed that he will be in Las Vegas this weekend for the interim title fight between Nick Diaz and Carlos Condit at UFC 143.

According to Dana White St.Pierre is making a remarkable recovery from his injury which has left them with hope that he will return in the summer which means he would be ready in time to face the winner of that fight.
