September’s MMA calender features two upstart promotions competing for your attention on pay-per-view one night after the other.

On Friday September 10th Shine Fight’s is putting together a one-night, eight man lightweight grand-prix with a line-up including the likes of Charles ‘Crazyhorse’ Bennett and Marcus Aurelio.

Today it was revealed that there’s been a late change to the roster, and it’s actually a pretty good one.  Out goes Josh Shockley due to injury, but in comes Strikeforce veteran Conor Heun who recently put on an entertaining fight with KJ Noons at Strikeforce: LA.

The night after the grand-prix Shark Fights 13 will unleash their PPV event headlined by Keith Jardine Vs Trevor Prangley with a host of other recognizable fighters packed into the main card.

Now it’s also been announced that the complete undercard for the fight will be available to watch for free on Sherdog.

That’s good news, particularly since the prelims for this show are actually pretty solid, including WEC regular Karen Darabedyan fighting Marcus Hicks and ex-UFC fighter Pete Spratt up against Eric Davila amongst others. will be covering both events so be sure to stay tuned.
