The UFC had originally planned to air their second ‘In The Moment’ special featuring UFC 130 headliner Frankie Edgar in the lead up to his fight with Gray Maynard on May 28th, but after the bout was scrapped due to injury they have now come up with an alternative plan.
Now Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson will get the ‘In The Moment’ treatement prior to his fight with Matt Hamill, which is now the headline attraction at the UFC 130 event.
The half-hour show on Spike TV will take a closer look at Jackson’s preparations in the lead-up to the bout, ditching the traditional narrator-led show in favor of a more intimate ‘video blog’ style presentation.
The former light-heavyweight champion heads into the fight looking to build on a win over Lyoto Machida back in November of last year as he attempts to move closer to another title shot at 205lbs.
The show airs on Spike TV at 10pm E.T on May 25th, just days before Rampage and Hamill meet in the Octagon.
