All-female promotion Invicta FC held it’s second event last night, and we’ve got all the results for you below.

In the main event former Olympic wrestling silver medalist Sara McMann improved her MMA record to 6-0 with a unanimous decision win over Shayna Baszler, but it wasn’t and easy victory.

Baszler proved to be the better striker in the fight, consistently countering her opponent, and indeed had McMann hurt in the final seconds of the fight. However, for the most part Mcmann was able to hang in there and importantly put her wrestling to good use in the second and third rounds, securing a number of takedown, to claim victory.

Most of the other best known fighters on the card also emerged victorious, many via submission, with Alexis Davis, Liz Carmouche and Amanda Nunes all claiming rear-naked choke finishes, while Sarah D’Alelio won via armbar and Julia Budd produced a TKO stoppage.
