Jason Mayhem Miller Appears Open To UFC Switch

Despite Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller having recently expressed a reluctance to return to the UFC, the recent takeover of Strikeforce by Zuffa appears to have given him food for thought.

Now, in a new interview with MMAfighting, he appears to be open to the idea, and believes he would fare well in the UFC’s middleweight division.

“I will beat the brakes off most of the guys in the middleweight divisions in the UFC,” Miller states confidently. “I guaran-damn-tee it.”

The internet has been buzzing with the news that middleweights Chael Sonnen and Michael Bisping could be set to coach The Ultimate Fighter 14, and while Mayhem can’t help but acknowledge that as an exciting pairing, he doesn’t let that stop him from pitching himself for a role in the show instead.

“First of all, I’m glad that the Ultimate Fighter is getting back on track by putting two guys who are going to be absolutely entertaining on the television.  You got the Republitard vs. The Limey. It’s going to be great. It’s a step in the right direction. But I still say, give me a break. I’m way more entertaining, and I’ll beat both of those guys up.”

Dana White has spoken of his interest in having Miller come back into the UFC fold before, and with only one fight remaining on his current deal it’s certainly not beyond the realms of possibility that he could return.
