Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller is currently gearing up to make a big impression in the UFC as a coach opposite Michael Bisping in the forthcoming series of The Ultimate Fighter which begins airing in September, but meanwhile it seems that he’s got his fair share of drama to deal with in his own personal life.

According to a report on TMZ today, Miller was arrested last week after putting his sister in a headlock and refusing to let go.  His sibling didn’t take too kindly to those and after finally being let go she went straight to the police resulting in Miller later being arrested for simple assault and false imprisonment.

Miller has since been released on bail and has so far stayed quiet on the matter.

This is not Miller’s first brush with the law. In 2005 he was arrested for allegedly kicking down the door of his ex-girlfriend’s apartment and then assaulting a man. He was later found not-guilty on charges of burglary and assault in connection with the incident.
