At the weekend a slick new promo for April’s UFC 145: Jones Vs Evans title fight emerged and it got a lot of people talking.

The trailer focuses on Jones, showing slow motion highlights from his last victory against Lyto Machida before the message, “Believe your eyes” appears.

This is a certainly a welcome change of pace from the standard style of promo we’ve become accustomed to seeing from the UFC, and is another step towards pushing ‘Bones’ towards genuine ‘superstar’ status.

Jones Vs Evans should end up being one of the biggest fights of the year for the promotion so expect to see more promotional efforts like this in the build-up to the event, and no doubt plenty of bad blood and trash-talking between the two rivals along the way.

In the mean time check out the trailer below.
