A new video released by Bad Boy today takes a look inside UFC light-heavyweight champion Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua’s training camp as he prepares to take on Jon Jones in the main event of UFC 128 this Saturday night.

The video shows the Brazilian working all aspects of his game in preparation for the fight. The champion appears to be back to 100% after the knee surgery that kept him out of action for much of the past year, and his kicks look as deadly as ever.

It’s clear he’s working on his combinations of punches followed up by a kick, and that could be crucial to help him get inside Jones’ long reach.

Elsewhere he’s also been working on his wrestling, though there’s no doubt Jones will have the edge in that regard on the night. On top of that he has also been focusing on his jiu-jitsu, and with his opponent’s own BJJ not having been put to the test yet, this could provide opportunities for him.
