A new video has emerged showing Brock Lesnar back in training and looking in remarkably good shape considering the difficulties he has faced in recent months.

In a recent appearance on ESPN’s Sportcenter to announce his comeback Lesnar revealed that he had lost 40lbs during his battle with diverticulitis, though he had since gained back 30lbs of that.

Based on the footage found in this new video he certainly doesn’t appear to have lost his imposing physique, and with his comeback fight not expected to take place until the summer he has plenty of time to get into fighting shape in the coming months.

Lesnar is expected to face the winner of the Shane Carwin Vs Frank Mir fight which takes place at UFC 111 on March 27th.
