On Saturday night Forrest Griffin gained revenge over Tito Ortiz by claiming a split decision victory over the champ at UFC 106. On the co-main event of the evening Anthony Johnson lost out to Josh Koscheck by rear naked choke.

“It was really enjoyable, You know. Go out there and have fun again cos I had a lot of fear and trepidation and uncertainty after my last fight, you know. I couldn’t believe I got knocked out so easy, I couldn’t believe I just didn’t want to be there like that. I felt like I was just shutting down.”
“…The second round he caught me twice with with like a double jab but his hands were open and he poked me in the eye and I couldnt’ see at all and my eyes were burning. It really affected me and I don’t know how I was able to keep standing with him the way I did.”
