Paul Heyman is something of a promoter extraordinaire, known for propelling the ECW to prominence in the pro-wrestling scene in the 90’s.

Recently he’s been hovering around the MMA market. He was seen supporting his friend Brock Lesnar at his summer fight with Shane Carwin, he’s talked about working with Strikeforce, and now he’s landed a deal helping to promote EA Sports MMA game which hits stores on the 19th of October.

In the first of a series of video promo’s Heyman enlists the help of temperamental welterweight champion Nick Diaz and he does a good job of playing up to the fighter’s persona to create a humorous ad.

PS. Is it just me or is anyone else reminded of Penn from Penn & Teller when they watch Heyman in full swing?
