ONE FC 4: Quick Results

ONE FC held their fourth event earlier today and there were mixed fortunes for some of the big name fighters on the card.

Former UFC and Strikeforce star Renato ‘Babalu’ Sobral had no problem in the headline bout, taking out Tatsuya Mizuno with an armbar in just 31 seconds of the first round.

Others didn’t find the going so easy though with both Gregor Gracie and Masakuzu Imanari losing by unanimous decision, while Roger Huerta was brutally knocked out by soccer kick to the head while he was on the ground.

Incidentally, that’s now Huerta’s fourth loss in a row, and he’s gone just 1-6 since August of 2008 – a remarkable turn in fortunes for a fighter who had until that point posted a 20-1-1 (1nc) career record.
