Asian promotion ONE FC appear to be gradually ramping up the star power on their cards, and their next show on August 31st in the Philippines looks set to be their biggest yet.
It’s now been established that former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski will headline the show against Soa Palelei, while another former UFC champ Jens Pulver will also be in action against Eric Kelly in the featherweight division.
It’s also anticipated that their fifth show will also include their big new signings from DREAM, Shinya Aoki and Bibiano Fernandes, along with others like Phil Baroni, Renato ‘Babalu’ Sobral and Melvin Manhoef.
If they can pull this off then it looks like this could be the card that will confirm ONE FC’s status as the true spiritual successor to the now defunct DREAM promotion.
