Paul Daley Given 30 Day Suspension For Koscheck Sucker-Punch

Paul Daley has finally been handed down his punishment for sucker-punching Josh Koscheck after the final bell at UFC 113 back in May.

The Quebec commission have suspended the fighter for 30 days, a fairly lenient sentence under the circumstances.

The suspension also doesn’t appear to interfere with Daley’s current fight schedule which sees him lined up to fight Jorge Misdaval at Shark Fights 13 on September 11th, 33 days after the ruling.

Of course Daley’s main punishment for the incident remains his immediate dismissal from the UFC roster, and Dana White has since continued to back his original stance that the welterweight fighter will never compete for the promotion again.
