ProElite 3 took place last night and in the main event Kendall Grove had a comfortable win over Minowaman, dominating him on the ground over the course of three rounds to earn a clean sweep on the judges scorecards.

Minowa has been a popular figure in the Japanese circuit for years, but truth be told a number of the former ‘Super Hulk’ tournament champions wins – particularly against much larger men – have looked pretty dodgy to me so it’s no surprise to see Grove having few problems with him in a ‘real’ fight.

Elsewhere Richard Odoms and Ryan Martinez progressed to the final’s of ProElite’s heavyweight tournament.
