Long time servant of the UFC Spencer Fisher has put pen to paper on a new four fight deal with the promotion.

The 34 year-old has been with the UFC since 2005, becoming a familiar face in the octagon and putting together a record of 8-5 along the way.

His future had looked uncertain recently after back-to-back defeats to Joe ‘Daddy’ Stevenson and Denis Siver, but the new contract indicates the UFC still sees a place for him in their competitive 155lb division.

Fisher will now welcome new UK prospect Kurt Warburton (6-1) to the promotion at UFC 120 in London, England this October according to MMAJunkie.  Warburton is best known for holding a win over TUF season 9 winner Ross Pearson, another Brit who is currently on a three fight winning streak in the UFC.
