Strikeforce Challengers 12: Quick Results

Strikeforce Challengers 12 took place last night and we’ve got all the results for you below from the main card and preliminary bouts.

The event featured some unexpected results, such as main eventer Vitor ‘Shaolin’ Ribeiro losing out to Justin Wilcox in his second Strikeforce event, which leaves him three fights without a win.

Meanwhile Marius Zaromskis fight with Spirit Wolf had one of the strangest finishes we’ve seen this year as Zaromskis burst forward at the first bell, threw a flying knee and managed to poke his opponent in the eye in the process, leaving Spirit Wolf unable to continue.

Elsewhere Ovince St.Preux continued his winning streak with a unanimous decision win over Antwain Britt who’s now lost two in a row. Female fighter Jan Finney showed her heart and fighting spirit against Cris Cyborg Santos last time out, but despite dropping down a division she once again emerged empty-handed as Liz Carmouche demonstrated her superior ground game to establish a third round TKO victory.
