On Saturday night the highly anticipated Strikeforce: Fedor Emelianenko Vs Brett Rogers event will be broadcast live on network television in the United States via CBS.  Meanwhile it has now been confirmed that British viewers will now have an opportunity to watch the event the following evening (Sunday 8th November) at 9pm on Bravo 1.

It is not the first time that Bravo has covered the sport.  They held the rights to broadcast UFC events in the UK (on a similar tape delay basis) for a number of years, and though that deal has since expired they have continued to show other mixed martial arts events – including Fedor’s last fight at Affliction: Day Of Reckoning back in January.

British fans will now hope that this latest development could lead to a deal with Strikeforce to show their events on a permanent basis.
