Drawing interest from casual viewers is crucial for Strikeforce as they look to generate big numbers for their second outing on network television in the U.S via CBS.

With that in mind CBS has been airing a number of TV ads on the station during the NCAA tournament, and have hooked up with popular TV show NCIS: Los Angeles starring LL Cool J for an episode involving the sport which features fighters like Dan Henderson and Gilbert Melendez, albeit in background roles.

In addition there’s also now a website specifically for the event linked in to Strikeforce’s own homepage.
