It has been announced that UK fans will be able to watch The Ultimate Fighter Season 13 on ESPN UK, starting tonight (Thursday 7th April).

This marks a returns to the home of the UFC in the UK after having spent recent seasons on Five USA and then Sky Sports.

For the most part the news appears to have been welcomed by UK fans who had voiced their frustrations last year that they had to pay for both a Virgin and Sky Sports subscription in order to see all the UFC’s programming.

Now both the live events and TUF are back under one roof on ESPN UK.

Tonight the station will air two episodes in order to get fans up to speed with the U.S.  Further good news for fans is that from then on the show will be aired only one day after it airs on Spike TV in the States.

That’s far better than the previous deal with Sky which saw episodes airing almost a week after being broadcast overseas.
