The current season of The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil hasn’t finished yet, but the UFC have already confirmed that due to it’s success a second series has been confirmed.
That’s the news according to Brazilian site http://esporte.uol.com.br who say that strong ratings for the season which have seen bigger audiences than other shows in the same timeslot have ensured that Globo TV have happily agreed to broadcast season two which will take place sometime next year.
It’s also been suggested that UFC bosses may be considering the possibility of having a Brazil VS U.S.A themed show, something that the promotion are keen on at this moment in time with A UK VS Australia show already in the works and others planned for the future.
First things first though, and following the current season’s conclusion a number of the participants will join team coaches Wanderlei Silva and Vitor Belfort on the UFC 147 fight card which takes place on June 23rd in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Meanwhile, for those outside of Brazil the first season of TUF: Brazil will be shown in full on a a weekly basis from June 10th on Fuel TV.
