DREAM are continuing to fill out the fight card for their 17th event which takes place on July 16th.

The latest addition sees Strikeforce light-heavyweight fighter Trevor Prangley taking on Japan’s Tatsuya Mizuno.

Both men have had mixed fortunes in the past year. Prangley notched up the biggest win of his career over former UFC fighter Keith Jardine in September, but sandwiched in-between losses to Tim Kennedy and most recently Roger Gracie, plus a draw against Karl Amoussou the 38 year-old needs to find consistency.

Muzino reached the finals of the DREAM light-heavyweight tournament last year after an unexpected victory over Melvin Manhoef, but a submission loss to Gegard Mousasi in the final, plus a KO defeat in December via the knee of Sergei Kharitanov has undone much of that good work.

Meanwhile, In other DREAM 17 news Willamy “Chiquerim” Freire has had to pull out of his lightweight fight with Tatsuya Kawajiri. All is not lost though as Drew Fickett, who won the Shine Fights Lightweight tournament last year, will now step in to replace him.
