Alongside the eagerly anticipated final of the current season of TUF 10, and Kimbo Slice’s first fight in the UFC, Saturday night’s event will also showcase some solid bouts featuring fighters already making their mark in the promotion.

Headlining the event is Jon Jones, who we published an in-depth profile on earlier this week, against Matt Hamill.

In his interview Jones talks about developing his game with top coach Greg Jackson in preparation for this fight.  Hamill meanwhile acknowledges that Jones unorthodox striking is dangerous, but hints that he may have a strategy in place to counteract it.

Frankie Edgar Vs Matt Veach:

Also featuring on the main card is a lightweight fight between Frankie Edgar, who’s coming off a win against Sean Sherk, and Matt Veach who is still building his reputation in the division after his first victory for the promotion earlier in the year.

Edgar admits that many people expect him to run through Veach due to the quality of opponent he has fought in his career, but he says that he is just focused on getting a win.

Veach accepts his underdog status despite his unbeaten record, but warns Edgar that it would not be wise to underestimate the challenge he presents.
