Last night’s episode of The Ultimate Fighter Season 13 might have been the last before the live season finale this Saturday night, but that didn’t make much of a difference to the ratings which continued to be sub-par.

The semi-final bouts were watched by an average of 1.2 million viewers on Spike TV, up 200,000 from the week before, but still significantly lower than previous seasons of the show.

The audience for the season as a whole varied between 1 to 1.5 million viewers per week, whereas TUF 12 last year held firm between 1.6 – 1.9 million viewers throughout it’s run.

Both the UFC and Spike TV will now be hoping that the recently announced TUF 14 coaches Michael Bisping and Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller can revive the long-running series fortunes later this year.
