The Ultimate Fighter Season 13 continues to perform below expectations, but there was a slight gain in the TV ratings for this weeks show.

The third episode on Wednesday night drew an average of 1.3 million viewers on Spike TV, up 100,000 from the previous week, though still shy of the average of 1.7 million who tuned in to watch the 12th season of the show.

That’s a disappointment as there had been high hopes that Brock Lesnar featuring as a team coach opposite Junior Dos Santos would provide blockbuster ratings ala Kimbo Slice in season 10.

Here’s the ratings for the season so far:

  • TUF 13: Episode 1 – 1.5 million viewers
  • TUF 13: Episode 2 – 1.2 million viewers
  • TUF 13: Episode 3 – 1.3 million viewers

And here’s the ratings for TUF 12: GSP Vs Koscheck last year:

  • TUF 12: Episode 1 – 1.6 million viewers
  • TUF 12: Episode 2 – 1.7 million viewers
  • TUF 12: Episode 3 – 1.8 million viewers
